“Businesses thrive on natural disaster”; it may not be morally correct but factually true. In any natural disaster, we  people donate generously and help others who are affected,. However, businesses usually tend to make profit out of such situation.

One such example is the recent Chennai Flood. One of the airliners took advantage of the situation feeding on the plight of stranded city dwellers. Here is the experience shared by one of the passengers.
Anupam Anand shared these pictures on his Facebook wall with the message below.
“Dear Civil Aviation Ministry & PMO of India – in the crisis situation of Tamil Nadu , all flights were cancelled and somehow people managed to reach Bangalore airport and each ticket that day cost multi fold amount. I paid Rs. 22,000 for one seat and had been told all the seats were full and people were waiting. Posted are pics of an airliner in mid air and you can see how many seats are available. I could not take many pictures but managed a few. These seats can be offered to people in need Special disabled, Girls, women & old age people who were starving to go to Delhi. The airliner behaves inhumanely and this is a great example of why I should not be tolerant on this issue.”

He further urged people not to use the airliner in question and take action against it.
“Do not use this airline in future and bring it down. I request rather liking this please share as much as you can till it reaches to the Ears of PMO & Civil Aviation ministry. I want strict action against ‘the airliner’ and other airlines who did the same. Despite this, proud to be an Indian and have faith in Govt. to bring justice.”

The SEO community denounces such inhuman act by airliners during the crisis. Till the reports are confirmed on the airliner in question we are not exposing the name. However, we urge to this airline and every air-service company to help people in need during this crisis and not to feed on their plight.
